First and foremost, Gloss bb would not be a success without our amazing clients and we cannot stress enough that your loyalty and support is greatly appreciated! Throughout the last 7 years we have listened and learned from the experiences of our clients scheduled mishaps which has prompted us to restructure and enforce our policies. With these policies in place it will allow us time to continue to serve and alert other clients of the new availability as well as continue with a full day’s schedule.
When an appointment is cancelled on short notice someone else whether it be an existing or a potential client will miss out on the opportunity to be seen. We understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel an appointment. If that time arises we respectfully ask that scheduled appointments are cancelled at least 48 hours in advance for all services over 2 hours. The deposit will be applied to the scheduled service upon completion. A credit card number is captured for a deposit on services over 2 hours and will be charged as follows:
Appointments cancelled less than the required 48-hour notice will be charged the $100 deposit or 50% of service.
Cancellations less than 24 hours for all other scheduled appointment will be charged $20 on the following service.
Models will forfeit the service and discounted price if appointment is canceled.
Please arrive not too early but on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are running more than 15 minutes late the situation will be treated as follows:
The service will be performed in the time allowed at full service cost.
The situation will be treated as a cancellation less than 24 hours and the $20 will be charged.
No call / No show
Please understand that I respect your time as I respect my own and services may no longer be provided as a result from a no call/ no show.
No call / No Shows may be charged the full-service cost to reschedule.
